劇情簡介/相關花絮：
《夜讀驚魂》改編自J. A.懷特（J. A. White）的同名著作，由《靈異乍現》大衛雅洛維斯基（David Yarovesky）執導，《愛上觸不到的你》編劇搭檔托比亞斯伊安柯尼斯（Tobias Iaconis）、米基多特里（Mikki Daughtry）撰寫劇本。
故事描述一位沉迷恐怖故事的小男孩艾力克斯碰上邪惡的女巫，被監禁在她位於現代紐約市的公寓裡。男孩認識了同樣被關在那裡的雅絲敏，並發現自己必須每天晚上說一個新的恐怖故事，才能保住小命。
